摘  要:采用游离小孢子培养方法,研究了花期、活性炭和取蕾时间对大白菜小孢子出胚率的影响。结果表明:科萌78盛花期取蕾培养的出胚率为每蕾79.5个胚,是初花期的3.0倍、末花期的6.3倍;科萌45盛花期取蕾培养出胚率为2.8个胚,而初花期和末花期的出胚率都为0。在NLN-13培养基中添加活性炭(800 mg/L)后,金夏55出胚率提高了71.5%,科萌45的出胚率由0增加为3.2个;新三包头下午取蕾的出胚率是上午的2.0倍,科萌45上午取蕾出胚率为0,下午出胚率为4.1个。The effects of bloom age,use of activated charcoal and time of flower bud collection on embryogenesis of isolated microspore culture of Chinese cabbage were studied in this experiment. In average 79.5 embryos were obtained from flower buds at full blooming stage in variety Kemeng No. 78,3 times of the buds at early stage of blooming ,6.3 times of the buds at late stage of blooming. In average 2.8 embryos per bud were obtained from buds at mid blooming stage in variety Kemeng No. 45, and no embryo was obtained from bud at other stages. The addition of activated charcoal (800 mg/L) to NLN-13 medium improved the embryogenesis. With the addition of activated charcoal, 71.5% buds produced embryos in variety Jingxia No. 55 and the yield of embryo per bud increased from 0 to 3.2 in variety Kemeng No. 45. The yield of embryo per bud from the buds collected in the afternoon was twice of that of the buds collected in the morning in variety Xinsanbaotou. For variety Kemeng No. 45 the buds collected in the morning did not produce any embryo but the buds collected in the afternoon produced 4.1 embryos per bud.
