摘　　要：目的探讨PTEN和MMP-2在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达和相互关系。方法应用SP免疫组织化学染色法检测52例膀胱移行细胞癌中PTEN和MMP-2的表达。结果PTEN和MMP-2在膀胱移行细胞癌中的阳性率分别为44%(23/52)和52%(27/52)。随着病理分级、临床分期的增高,PTEN的阳性率逐渐降低(P<0.01),MMP-2的阳性率逐渐增高(P<0.05)。在初发肿瘤和复发肿瘤中,PTEN的阳性率分别为56%(20/36)和19%(3/16)(P均<0.05),MMP-2的阳性率分别为47%(17/36)和63%(10/16)(P均>0.05)。在膀胱移行细胞癌中,PTEN和MMP-2的表达呈明显负相关(r=-0.39,P<0.01)。结论PTEN和MMP-2的阳性表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分级、分期有关,PTEN的表达缺失和MMP-2的过表达在膀胱癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,并有助于判断预后。Objective It is to approach the expression and relationship between phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome ten （PTEN） and matrix metalloproteinase- 2 （MMP - 2） in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of PTEN and MMP - 2 in 52 cases with BTCC were detected by immunohistochemistry test （SP method）. Results The positive rates of PTEN and MMP- 2 were 44.23% （23/52） and 51.92 % （27/52） respectively. With the pathological grade and the clinical stage of tumors being higher, the expression of PTEN was lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the expression of MMP - 2 increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In primary cancer and recurrent cancer, the positive rates of PTEN were 55.56 % （20/36） and 18.75 % respectively （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the positive rates of MMP- 2 were 47.22 % and 62.5 % respectively （P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of PTEN was negatively correlated to the expression of MMP - 2 in BTCC （ r = - 0.39, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The positive expression of PTEN and MMP - 2 are significantly correlated to the tumor grade and clinical stage, the absent expression of PTEN and over expression of MMP - 2 play an important role during the progress of carcinoma and are helpful for evaluating the prognosis of patients.
