摘　　要：药物溶栓治疗急性缺血性卒中存在一定的局限性，球囊血管成形和支架置入术已成为急性缺血性卒中治疗的研究热点。文章综述了球囊血管成形和支架置入术治疗急性缺血性卒中的有效性和安全性。Thrombolytic agents for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke have some limitations. Balloon angioplasty and stenting have become the research hotspot in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. This article reviews the effectiveness and safety of balloon angioplasty and stenting in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
