摘　　要：2008年汶川大地震造成了巨大的生命财产损失,也带来了诸多环境法律问题。文章拟从核安全、防治危险化学品污染、水安全、野生动植物保护、文物保护等方面对地震引起的环境法律问题展开论述,以总结经验教训,防患于未然。The severe earthquake of Wenchuan in 2008 caused tremendous losses in lives and properties and lots of legal problems of environment. This paper aims at summing up experience and drawing lessons in terms of nuclear safety, the prevention and control of the pollution by dangerous chemical product, water safety, the protection of wild animals and plants and cultural relics.
