摘　　要：新农村建设离不开农村人口素质的提高,农村人口素质的提高离不开农村教育,许多国家都利用信息化教育技术来开发农村人力资源。现代远程教育是信息化教育的重要形式,远程教育机构可以发挥自己的优势,开发针对农村地区的远程教育项目,培养服务农村建设的人才,为建设新农村贡献自己的力量。The improvement of village population quality is essential to the new village construction, and village education is essential to the improvement of village population quality. Many nations make use of information-based education techniques to develop village human resource. The modern distance education is an important form of information-based education. The distance education organizations can exert their own advantage, developing distance education in the village region, cultivating talented people to serve village construction, contributing their strength to constructing new village.
