摘  要:采用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定了动物组织中的去甲雄三烯醇酮(TRE)、甲基睾丸酮(MTS)、丙酸睾酮(PTS)、苯丙酸诺龙(PNT)、醋酸甲羟孕酮(MEDA)、苯甲酸雌二醇(BES)、己烯雌酚(DES)及代谢物双烯雌酚(DEN)、玉米赤霉醇(ZER)及代谢物玉米赤霉酮(ZEAR)、玉米赤霉烯醇(ZEL)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)。动物组织经均质后,用叔丁基甲基醚和乙酸盐缓冲液加酶解剂分别提取试样中的残留激素及代谢物,经硅胶柱和Oasis柱净化,应用LC-MS/MS大气压化学电离正方式(APC I+)、负方式(APC I-)和电喷雾电离正方式(ESI+),以多反应离子监测(MRM)方式进行检测,方法检测能力(CCβ)为0.028~0.273 ng.g^-1。选用ZER-d4、DES-d8和MEDA-d3的同位素标记物作内标,内标法定量。在0.5~10 ng.g^-1范围内回收率为51%~120%。A liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry(LC -MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of 8 anabolic hormones including trenbolone ( TRE), methyl testosterone (MTS) testosterone propionate ( PTS ), nanotrolone phenypropionate ( PNT ), medroxyprogesterone mcetate ( MDEA), estradiol benzoate ( BES ), diethylstilbestrol ( DES ) and metabolites dienoestrol ( DEN ), zearalanol(ZER) and metabolites, including zearalanone ( ZEAR), zearalenol ( ZEL), zearalenone (ZEN) in animal tissues. Animal tissues were firstly homogenized and then extracted by methyl tert- butyl ether(MTBE) and β-glucuronidase. The sample was cleaned up by solid-phase extraction(SPE) with a silica gel cartridge and an Oasis cartridge. The MS system was operated using atmospheric pressure chemical ionization(APCI) in positive and negative mode, and electrospray ionization(ESI) in positive mode. The product ion fragments were monitored by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Detection capabilities (CCβ) related to the transition products of lowest abundance were 0. 028 -0. 273 ng .g^-1 The ZER-d4, DES-d8 and MEDA-d3 were used as internal standards. The recoveries were 51% - 120% in the spiking range of 0. 5 - 10 ng .g^-1.
