脑府逐瘀汤结合西比灵治疗血管性头痛56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脑府逐瘀汤结合西比灵治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法将112例血管性头痛患者随机分为治疗组(脑府逐瘀汤加西比灵)、对照组(卡马西平加西比灵)各56例,观察比较两组治疗前、后症状积分变化情况及综合疗效。结果两组治疗后症状积分比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),综合疗效比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。结论脑府逐瘀汤结合西比灵治疗血管性头痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe Naofuzhuyutang combined with Flunarizine in treatment of Vascular Headache. Methods 112 patients were divided into treatment group（n=56）and control group（n=56）at random.the patients in the observe group were applied with Naofuzhuyutang and Flunarizine,while the control group,carbamazepine and Flunarizlne,then the symptoms score before and after the treatment and synthesis effects of the two group were compared. Results The symptoms score before and after the treatment have obvious difference（P〈0.05）,so is the synthesis effect.（P〈0.05） Conclusion Naofuzhuyutang combined with Flunarizine in treatment of Vascular Headache is effective,so it is worth of applying and spreading in clinic.
