摘　　要：在花园村至莲花桥一带设立观测点对北京西三环南北双向主辅路进行分时段观测,获得车辆速度、车流量等相关交通数据,建立数据库,在ARCGIS环境下,制作西三环交通路况图,并利用VB和MO技术针对该套图幅编制查询系统.Observation points were set between Huayuancun and Lianhua Bridge to observe the main roads and assist roads of the west Sanhuan Road in Beijing during multiple periods of time, so that with the data of the vehicle speed and flux a database was built and maps of West Sanhuan Road traffic condition were made in ArcGIS, and a query system was made towards them based on Visual Basic and Map Object.
