摘  要:本文从高校图书馆开展"以评促建"工作的实践出发,分析了高校本科教学工作水平评估对图书馆生均面积、馆藏数量、管理手段、服务理念、图书采购等方面的积极作用和在应对评估中易出现的缺乏计划性、做表面文章等不利影响。提出高校在应对评估中要注意树立正确观念,建立科学机制,加强对外交流,注重软实力的提升等问题。This paper starts from university library' s practice of promoting construction with the aid of assessment, and analyzes the positive effects that the assessment of teaching levels of higher institutes has on the acreage of each student, the amount of storage, managerial means, ideology of service, and purchasing of books on the part of the library and the easily arising unfavorable effects such as lack of design, eyewash making in response to the assessment. Finally, problems such as building up right concept, setting up scientific mechanism, strengthening external exchange, and stepping up soft strength should be paid attention to during the process of the assessment.
