摘　　要：目的:通过对腮腺区面部浅表肌肉腱膜系统(SMAS)的解剖学特点进行研究,为临床腮腺区SMAS除皱术提供形态学依据。方法:对10侧防腐成人头部标本进行大体解剖观察,对2侧新鲜标本进行腮腺区组织学切片观察。结果:面部SMAS在面部是一层独立的层次,与腮腺咬肌筋膜之间以SMAS下脂肪组织相隔,而面神经位于腮腺咬肌筋膜深面。结论:SMAS下脂肪组织是SMAS潜在、安全的解剖平面。Objective： To study the characteristics of superficial musculoaponeurotic system （SMAS） and provide anatomical basis for rhytidectomy of parotid region in the face. Methods： 10 sides adult antiseptic head samples （women were in the majority） were observed through gross anatomy; Histology slice in 2 sides of fresh head samples was also observed. Results：The $MAS was a distinct tissue layer, and the soft-tissue between SMAS and fascia parotidea masseterica was potential, but the facial nerves were located in the deep fascia parotidea masseterica. Conclusion： The soft tissue is the safe plane for SMAS of dissection.
