摘 要:目的建立与口腔种植相关的活体颌骨解剖结构测量方法,使颌骨解剖结构的精确测量成为可能。方法对9名正常咬合志愿者进行以下操作:全口取模、制取模板、标记放射模板参照阻射点并佩戴该模板进行CT扫描,所得数据由专用牙颌测量软件进行测量分析。结果建立的方法可以精确地对颌骨进行线距、角度的测量,包括:牙槽嵴顶与下牙槽神经管、颏孔、上颌窦底、鼻底的距离,牙槽嵴的近远中距及颊舌径,上下牙间覆、覆盖关系及相关夹角等。结论基于三维CT技术的计算机辅助测量方法可用于精确测量颌骨解剖结构。Objective To establish a measurement method of anatomical structure of living .jaw, to make the precise measurement of jaw anatomy structure become possible. Methods Mouth models were taken, templates were made, marker points for radiation resistance on the templates were produced and CT scans wearing the templates were detected on 9 volunteers with normal occlusion. All the data were analyzed by a teeth and jaw measurement software. Results This methodology could precisely measure the length, the angle. The exact items included: the distance between alveolar ridge and inferior alveolar neurocanal, foramen mentale, maxillary sinus base, base of nose, the mesial-distal distance of alveolar ridges, also the buccal-lingual distance, including the overbite and overlay relationship between the upper and lower teeth and their separation angle. Conclusion The CAD measurement methods based on 3D CT can be effectively used to measure structure of the jaw.
