高度近视的静态视野分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高度近视眼视野损害的形态和程度。方法130例高度近视患者按屈光度和眼底改变分别进行分组,采用OCTOPUS101全自动电脑视野的G2视野检查程序在正常瞳孔下行静态视野检查。结果高度近视眼的视野损害呈现多形态,且不同程度的视野损害并存。结论自动静态视野检查可从形态和定量两个方面判断高度近视眼的视野损害程度,可为判定高度近视视野损害的部位与进展以及早期诊断和全面的评价预后提供有力的依据。OBJECTIVE To investigate the morphous and degree of the damaged visual field in high myopia. METHODS One hundred and thirty cases were grouped according to diopter and their fundus, then undergone static perimetry in normal pupils with G2 program by OCTOPUS 101. RESULTS The damaged visual field in high myopia presented different morphous, and different degrees of damaged visual field coexisted. CONCLUSIONS In high myopia, static perimetry can evaluate the degree of the damaged visual field from the morphous and quantity. And this has significant value on locating the position of damaged visual field and its progression in high myopia meanwhile static perimetry also provides practical proof in its early diagnosis and prognosis.
