摘  要:目的探讨高度近视眼的眼电生理特点及其与屈光度和眼底病变的相互关系,以及将其再分级的可能性。方法-6.00 D以上的屈光度分为三组,眼底状况分为二组,进行视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)、闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)及其振荡电位(OPs)检查,检测各项指标。结果高度近视眼与正常组、不同屈光度、不同眼底比较统计学处理有非常显著性差异。结论眼电生理可以判断高度近视视功能的改变,作为分级的一项指标也有意义。Objective Observe the change of electrophysiology of vision in high myopic and their relation in the degreen of myopic power and retinopathy, according to electrophysiology of vision will was graded. Methods Patients with refractive error higher than - 6.00 diopter were involved, and were divided into three groups, according to degreen of myopic power ,group one from -6.00D to -9.75D, group two from -10.00D to - 14.75D, group three over -15.00D. retinopathy were divided into two groups, light degree and heavy degree. Patten visual evoked potential (P-VEP) ,flash electroretinography ( F-ERG ) and Oscillatory potentials ( OPs ) were examined and recorded. Results The high myopic and the normal control, the degreens of myopic power , light degree and heavy degree retinopathy were compared, the amplitudes of P100, a-wave, b-wave and Ops were significantly decreased. Peak times of P100, a-wave, b-wave and Ops were significantly prolonged. Conclusion electrophysiology of vision test offers help in assessment of the visual function of high myopic, an index of grade in high myopic is beneficial.
