全数字化乳腺X线摄影对0-Ⅰ期乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨全数字化乳腺X线摄影结合真空穿刺活检对临床0-Ⅰ期乳腺癌的应用价值。方法对37例经真空穿刺活检后病理证实为乳腺癌的X线征象进行回顾性分析。结果X线征象:37例中,显示肿块14例(38%),其中合并恶性钙化7例,单纯肿块无钙化7例;单纯恶性钙化7例(19%);局限性不对称致密12例(32%);局部结构扭曲4例(11%)。结论全数字化乳腺X线摄影结合真空穿刺活检对诊断临床0-Ⅰ期乳腺癌具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate full-field digital mammography （FFDM） and vacuum aspiration biopsy in diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods 37 patients confirmed by vacuum aspiration biopsy with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all 37 cases, X-ray showed mass in 14 cases （38%）, and malignant calcification was found in 7 of then. Only malignant calcifications were found in 7 cases （19%）; un-symmetry focus density in 12 cases （32%） and focal grand architectural distortion in 4 cases （11%）. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography and vacuum aspiration biopsy has important value in diagnosing early breast cancer.
