摘 要:目的研究3种铸造金属全冠戴用后对外周静脉血淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。方法给狗行纯钛、钴铬钼合金、铜合金铸造金属全冠修复,建立实验动物模型。采用ICP-MS检测戴冠前、戴冠后2周、1、2及3个月时外周静脉血中金属离子的种类和浓度,同时应用流式细胞仪检测外周静脉血中淋巴细胞凋亡情况。结果纯钛全冠戴用后,外周静脉血中金属离子浓度和淋巴细胞凋亡未发生明显变化,而钴铬钼合金和铜合金全冠戴用后,外周静脉血中金属离子浓度和淋巴细胞凋亡显著升高,且铜合金组高于钴铬钼合金组。结论铜合金和钴铬钼合金全冠对外周静脉血淋巴细胞凋亡有影响,铜合金全冠更显著,而纯钛全冠对外周静脉血淋巴细胞凋亡没有影响。Objective To study the types and amounts of metalhc ions in peripheral venous blood released by full crowns manufactured with three categories of dental casting alloys and to assess their influence on apoptosis of lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood. Methods Three categories of dental casting alloys, pure Ti, CoCrMo and copper alloy, were used to make full crowns for dogs. At intervals of prior restoration, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after restorations, the types and amounts of metallic ions in peripheral venous blood were tested by ICP-MS methods and apoptosis of lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood was measured by flow cytometry. Results Metallic ion concentrations and amounts of apoptotic lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood showed no obvious changes after pure Ti crown restorations, while metallic ion concentrations and amounts of apeptotic lymphocytes increased sharply after CoCrMo and copper alloy crown restorations. Conclusion CoCrMo and copper alloy crown could influence the apoptosis of lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood, but pure Ti crown had no such effects.
