牙科放大镜在金瓷冠唇侧龈边缘适合性研究中的应用

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨牙科放大镜辅助临床牙体预备后对金瓷冠唇侧龈边缘适合性的影响。方法:随机选择20位待拔除双侧上颌第一前磨牙的正畸患者共40颗牙分成两组。实验组:配戴牙科放大镜预备右侧上颌第一前磨牙;对照组:常规预备左侧上颌第一前磨牙。硅胶取模后拔除并保存、制作金瓷冠、在离体牙上试戴、粘固、沿牙体长轴片切。在光学体式显微镜和扫描电镜下测量唇侧龈边缘差异值后统计学分析。结果:实验组金瓷冠唇侧垂直边缘差异值和绝对边缘差异值明显小于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验组金瓷冠唇侧水平边缘差异值与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:牙科放大镜辅助临床牙体预备对提高金瓷冠唇侧龈边缘适合性是有效的。Objective： To investigate the effect of labial marginal fit of PFM crown after clinical tooth preparation by dental magnifier. Methods： 20 orthodontic patients who would be extracted the bilateral maxillary first premolars were randomly selected. Total 40 teeth were divided into two groups ： experimental group - the right maxillary first premolars were prepared clinically with dental magnifier; control group -the left maxillary first premolars were prepared clinically without dental magnifier. The teeth were extracted carefully after making impression, and cemented with PFM crown, and sliced along long axes. The labial marginal discrepancies of PFM crown were measured by optical microscope and were analysed by SPSS 8.0. Results ： The labial absolute and vertical marginal discrepancies except horizontal marginal discrepancies of experimental group had significant differences compared with those of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： It is feasible to improve the labial marginal fit of PFM crown when making tooth preparation aided by dental magnifier.
