Metapex糊剂用于感染根管消毒的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：评价M etapex糊剂用于感染根管消毒的临床效果。方法：选择牙髓坏死或慢性根尖周炎的患牙218颗,随机分为两组,常规根管预备后,实验组在根管内封入M etapex糊剂、对照组根管内封入甲醛甲酚（FC）棉捻。1周后复诊,观察封药前后临床症状和体征的变化并完成根管充填;随访5-6个月,再观察根充后的临床疗效。结果：实验组根管内封药1周后的临床有效率为92.66%,对照组的86.24%,但差异无显著性;实验组封药后急症的发生率为4.59%,明显低于对照组的16.51%（P〈0.01）。随访观察5-6个月,实验组根管治疗后的临床有效率为89.72%,对照组为86.79%,两组间差异无显著性。结论：M etapex糊剂用于感染根管消毒不仅临床疗效肯定,而且与FC相比,也能有效减少根管封药期间急症的发生,是一种较理想的根管消毒剂。Objective： To evaluate the disinfection effect of metapex paste in infected root canal. Methods： A total of 218 teeth from patients with pulp necrosis and chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. After root canal was prepared, Metapex and formocresol were used respectively in the experimental group and, control group for the disinfection. Reexamination and root canal filling were carried out one week later. Five to six months follow - ups were performed. Interappointment emergency （IAE） incidence and clinical effects were observed. Results： In the interappointment one week later, the effective rate of experimental group was 92.66%, and control group was 86.24% （P 〉0.05）. The incidence of IAE in the experimental group was 4.59% , while it was 16.51% in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. After 5 to 6 months, effective rate of root canal therapy in the experimental group was 89.72% and it was 86.79% in the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The usage of Metapex paste for disinfection in clinical could decrease the IAE incidence significantly and had a confirm therapeutic result.
