上海地区汉族女性软组织侧貌的X线头影测量研究

摘　　要：目的:建立上海地区正常汉族女性不同牙期的软组织侧貌的正常值范围。方法:在上海地区选取处于3个牙龄期的共90例符合可接受容貌、个别正常标准的汉族女性,拍摄X线头颅侧位片,应用计算机数字图像处理辅助系统,对其软组织侧貌的33项指标进行测量、记录,并作统计学处理。结果:分别建立了3个牙龄期的正常值范围。其中,面型角、全面突角等项目的正常值与国内外有关研究相比具有较明显的差异。结论:上海女性侧貌较为平直、柔和,唇型与白种人相仿。Objective：To establish normal values of female soft-tissue profile in different dental age groups who lives in Shanghai district with Han nationality. Methods： The cephalometric films of 90 Shanghainess females with acceptable appearances and individual normal occlusion were taken, and the computerized Digital linage Processing Assisted System （CDIPAS） was used to measure 33 items for analysis. Results： The study had established the normal range of soft-tissue profile in different dental age groups and observed that the normal value of convexity angle （ G Sn-Pgs） and full convexity angle （G-Prn-Pgs） had significant differenuence comparing the research from home and abroad. Conclusion： The females in shanghai district have rather straight and gentle profiles and their lip moulds are like those of the White females.
