摘　　要：介绍了一种基于OPC的车间环境监控系统。服务器采用以太网的方式与S7-300 PLC主站进行通信,同时通过组态软件WINCC的标准OPC接口采集现场数据,并建立监控画面显示相关参数。而客户端通过访问服务器中的数据,也可以实时显示相应车间环境参数,并根据环境参数的设定值自动进行调节,从而达到自动监控车间环境的目的。It introduces a kind of animal workshop monitoring and controlling system based on OPC technology. The server communicates with S7-300 by way of Ethernet. The data is acquired by configuration software using the OPC technology and the data is displayed on the server. On the same time ,the clients get the data from configuration software on the server. The clients are also able to display the data. If the parameters are changed,this kind of system is able to adjust the parameters of warkshop environment,accarding to the data set by operators. The system makes it possible for the monitoring and controlling of workshop environment.
