摘　　要：目的探讨S100与MMP-7在胆管癌组织中的表达及其在胆管癌神经浸润转移中的作用和相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学研究S100与MMP-7在胆管癌及癌旁组织中的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果S100、MMP-7在胆管癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为61.11%(22/36)、83.33%(30/36),而在癌旁组织中分别为30.56%(11/36)、0.0%(0/36);胆管癌组织中HE染色示神经浸润阳性率与S100的表达水平存在显著相关性(P<0.05),与MMP-7的表达水平无相关性(P>0.05);S100与MMP-7的表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05);S100与MMP-7的表达与胆管癌病人生存期相关,表达阳性者预后差(P<0.05)。结论S100与MMP-7的异常表达共同参与了胆管癌的发生发展,可能与胆管癌的神经浸润转移机制有关,二者可作为判断胆管癌预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of S100 and MMP - 7 in human cholangiocarcinoma and their correlation with the perineural invasion of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The expression of S100 and MMP - 7 in 36 cases of human cholangiocarcinoma tissues and edjunct cancer tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry method, combining with the clinical documents analysis. Resuits The positive rates of S100 and MMP -7 in 36 cases of human cholangiocarcinoma were 61.11% （22/36） and 83.33% （30/36）, respectively, while in edjunct cancer tissues were 30. 56% （11/36）, 0. 0% （0/36）. The positive rate of Hematoxylin and Eosin staining indicated perineural invasion was significantly correlated with S100 （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but not with MMP - 7 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was a significant positive correlation between S100 and MMP -7 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of S100 and MMP -7 was related with survival. Patients with positive expression had worse overall survival （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelusion Abnormal expression of S100 and MMP - 7 were both involved in the tumorigenesis, development and perineural invasion metastasis mechanism of cholangiocarcinoma, they may be served as prognostic factors.
