摘　　要：目的:评价周剂量多西紫杉醇(TAX)联合奥沙利铂(OXA)、亚叶酸钙(CF)和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和不良反应。方法:34例晚期胃癌患者应用联合化疗方案,TAX40mg/m2静滴1h,第1,8天;OXA65mg/m2,静滴,第1,8天,CF100mg静滴,第1-5天;5-FU375mg/m2,静滴,第1-5天。结果:34例晚期胃癌患者中,CR2例,PR20例,有效率为64.7%。主要不良反应为恶心呕吐,骨髓抑制,脱发,外周神经感觉异常。结论:周剂量多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙和5-氟尿嘧啶方案治疗晚期胃癌安全有效,不良反应可以耐受。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of weekly dosage of taxotere combined with oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer（AGC）.Methods：Thirty four patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with the chemotherapy regimen comprised of taxotere 40mg/m2,iv gtt day1,day8;oxaliplatin 65mg/m2,iv gtt day1,day8;leucovorin 100mg iv gtt day1-day5 and 5-fluorouracil 375mg/m2,iv gtt day1-day5.The regimen was given per 21 days.All enrolled patients received at least two cycles of treatment.Results： After two cycles of chemotherapy,complete response was achieved in 2 cases,partial response in 20 cases,no change in 7 cases and progression in 5 cases.The overall response rate was 64.7%.The main side effects were nausea,vomiting,alopecia,myelosuppression and peripheral sensitive neutropathy.Conclusion： Weekly dosage of taxotere combined with oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil regimen was a safe and effective therapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer.All the adverse effects were well tolerable.
