摘　　要：目的:探讨真空负压袋固定技术和低温热塑体膜固定技术对提高腹部、盆腔部位肿瘤患者治疗摆位精度的作用。方法:共60例患者治疗中使用两种固定装置,一组30例使用真空负压袋固定,另一组30例采用腹盆腔低温热塑体膜固定技术,比较两组中心点移位情况。结果:两组对比X轴、Z轴方向移位范围有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:腹部、盆腔部位肿瘤患者由于体重、呼吸、膀胱充盈、皮肤(松弛)牵拉等因素,造成摆位误差,使用腹盆腔低温热塑体膜固定技术有助于体位的固定,提高了治疗摆位精度。Objective：To discuss the precise positioning immobility techniques of radiotherapy for patients with abdominal or pelvic tumors and to improve the accuracy of radiotherapy positioning.Methods： Two precise positioning immobility apparatus were used for 60 patients.Vacuum bags with negative pressure were used with 30 patients in group I.Thermoplastic sheets were used for other 30 patients in group II.The shift of center spot was compared between two groups.Results： There was significant difference of shift ranges on both X axis and Z axis between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Many factors including body weight,breathe,filling of bladder,cutis laxa and skin stretching produce positioning errors during radiotherapy for patients with abdominal or pelvic tumors.Thermoplastic sheet is very helpful in precise positioning for patients with abdominal and pelvic tumors.It improves the accuracy of radiotherapy positioning.
