EphB4在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨EphB4在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测65例浸润性导管癌以及12例癌旁乳腺组织中的EphB4、ER、PR、CerBb-2、P53的表达。结果EphB4在65例乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达明显高于癌旁乳腺组织(P<0.05),EphB4的表达与CerBb-2及肿瘤组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05);与ER、PR及淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论EphB4在乳腺癌的发展中起着重要作用。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of EphB4 in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to examine the expression of EphB4 in 65 cases of breast infiltrating duetal cancer and 12 matched adjacent tissue samples. Results The level of EphB4 in breast infiltrating ductal cancer was significantly higher than that of adjacent normal tissues （P 〈 0. 01 ）. EphB4 expression had a positive correlation with histological grade and CerBb-2 （P 〈 0.05） , but not with ER, PR and metastasis （P〉0.05）. Conclusion EphB4 plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
