摘　　要：目的探讨超声诊断眶内海绵状血管瘤（orbital cavernous hemangioma，OCH）的声像图表现及其临床应用价值。 方法对30例明确诊断的眶内海绵状血管瘤患者的超声表现进行回顾性分析。 结果超声可显示眶内海绵状血管瘤的形态、大小、内部结构、回声、血流分布等。 结论超声检查对眶内海绵状血管瘤有重要价值，超声检查具有操作简便、可重复等优点。Objective To evaluate the ultrasonic image characteristics and its diagnostic value for OCH. Methods Thirty patients with OCH were detected with ultasonography and their imaging findings was retrospectively analysed. Results Ultrasonography can detect the shape, size, internal structures, echoes and blood supply of OCH. Conclusions Ultrasonography had important role in OCH. Ultrasonography which possess the adventages of easy and convenient for operation and reducibility.
