彩超对胰腺体尾部囊腺癌与左侧门静脉高压的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺体尾部囊腺癌的超声特征，及其与左侧门静脉高压的相关性。方法回顾性分析9例胰腺囊腺癌病例的临床表现及超声声像图特征。结果胰腺体尾部囊腺癌超声声像图表现为左上腹部脾门区探及囊实性肿块，9例中6例胰腺体尾部囊腺癌同时伴有左侧门静脉高压。结论超声对胰腺体尾部囊腺癌的诊断具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the ultrasound characteristics of pancreas body and tail cystadenocarcinoma and the relevance with left side of portal hypertension. Methods The clinical manifestations and Ultrasonographic of 9 cases of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma were analyses retrospectively. Results Cystic mass were found in the pancreas body and tail cystadenocarcinoma on the left upper abdomen spleen door area, of which 6 cases with the left portal hypertension. Conclusions Ultrasound have the clinical value of diagnosising pancreas body and tail cystadenocarcinoma.
