云南滇池土壤丝状真菌中具有引起稻瘟霉孢子形态异常活性菌株的筛选

摘　　要：从13份云南滇池土样中获得423株真菌，以稻瘟霉孢子形态变形或生长抑制为筛选模型对这423林真菌进行初筛，得到47株活性菌株。经复筛，最终得到两株（07－11，07－80）稳定的变形活性菌株。423 fungi have been obtained from the soil Samle of Dianchi, Yunnan of China. Usingthe screening method for antimtotic and antifungal substances indudng morphological defo-mations or inhibition of the gendnation of conidia of Pyricularia onyze Tow strains of 423tested showd morphological defmations and steady in genetics. This bioassay is a cheap,quick and easy method to be applied to the primary screening for antimitotic and antifungal substances from natural source.
