摘　　要：甜叶菊糖苷中含有Stevioside(St)和Rebaudioside A(RA)两种主要成分,实验通过选择适宜的展开剂和显色剂等,建立了一种定性鉴别它们的实验方法,此法对分离和测定它们不仅灵敏度高而且简单易行,可作为甜叶菊糖苷测定的常规手段。stevia rebaudiana sugar glucoside includes Stevioside （St） and Rebaudioside A （Ra） two kind of principal constituents, this experiment was suitable through the choice launches the medicinal preparation and the developer and so on, and has established one kind of experimental techniques in qualitative distinction two ingredients, this law to separated high not only the sensitivity moreover is easy and feasible with the determination stevia rebaudiana sugar glueoside component, might take the stevia rebaudiana sugar glucoside determination the conventional method.
