摘 要:针对自动机理论用于制造系统建模时易受系统规模影响的问题,提出了一种构建分布式自动机死锁监控器的新方法,用于解决知识化制造单元死锁问题。该方法可有效地提高自动机建模和运算效率。引入知识化制造单元关联矩阵的概念,给出关联矩阵自相关操作定义,在此基础上,将知识化制造单元划分为若干个单元子模块,构建了相应的分布式自动机死锁监控器,并得到了知识化制造单元无死锁的控制策略,用于对知识化制造单元进行实时监控,保证知识化制造单元运行的安全性。实例研究表明了该策略的可行性和有效性。Against the deficiency of automata theory being sensitive to system size during modeling manufacturing system, a new method of distributed automata deadlock supervisor was proposed, which was employed to solve the deadlock problem in the knowledgeable manufacturing cell, and the efficiency of automata modeling and operating can be improved effectively. By introducing the concept of incidence matrix, the definition of the auto--correlation operation was presented. Then the knowledgeable manufacturing cell was divided into a number of sub--modules, the corresponding distributed deadlock supervisors were constructed, and thus the deadlock--free strategy of the knowledgeable manufacturing cell was obtained, which can be used to monitor status of the knowledgeable manufacturing cell in real--time and guarantee safe running of the system. Finally, a case study was provided to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
