摘　　要：分析新型浆纱设备常见故障的解决措施。通过分析新型浆纱设备电气控制装置、气动控制装置、机械控制装置常发故障的产生原因,提出了排查电气故障点、气控故障点的评判方法和应采取的技术措施,提出了判断传动系统功率匹配是否适当的两种方法以及应采取的相应对策。指出:为有效降低新型浆纱设备产生故障的几率,应根据企业生产需要对浆纱机进行正确选型;加强技术人员培训;树立预防为主的理念,将设备故障解决于萌芽状态。Resolving measures of common fault in new sizing machine were analysed. Through analysing common causes of new sizing equipment electric control device, pneumatic control device, mechanical control device, judging method of eliminating electric and pneumatic fault and technology measures that should adopt were put forward. Two methods that judging drive system power match or not and strategy that should adopted were put forward. It is pointed out to reduce new sizing machine fault ratio efficiently sizing machine should be chosen correctly according to company pro- ducing requirement. Technician training should be strengthened,prevention first idea should be put forward to resolving equipment fault at the beginning.
