摘　　要：天津砖雕艺术植根于全国砖雕艺术蓬勃发展的土壤之上,其工艺精湛,构图充实,刻画深入,在我国独具特色。天津砖雕不仅有着多样的艺术表现形式,而且蕴涵着深层次的文化积淀,其用生动具体的形象语言表述严谨、缜密的理性思考,体现着先秦儒家的思想。从文化整体的高度,对天津砖雕艺术表现、题材所折射的文化意义进行了探讨。Art of Tianjin brick carve is based on the rapid development of the brick carve art in China. With excellent skill, perfect composition and deep portrayal,it is very special in China. Tianjin brick carve art contains deep cultural meaning in varieties of artistic forms. By using lifelike language and logical thinking,it also shows the idea of Confucianism. Based on the overall culture of the old city of Tianjin,the author discussed the cultural significance which is reflected in the wide range of brick carve themes and its artistic styles.
