摘　　要：给出了(*)条件的概念,讨论了Banach空间中U-性质与严格凸之间的关系;借助于(*)条件,证明了满足(*)条件的U-空间是中点局部一致凸空间。并在Hilbert空间及Lp(1<p<∞)中对U-性质定义中与ε相关的δ进行了估计。The concept of （ ＊ ） condition is given, and the relations between U-property and strictly convexity are discussed. By means of （ ＊ ） condition, it is shown that U- space satisfying （ ＊ ） condition is midpoint localized uniformly convex space. In addition, the δ corresponding to ε in the definition of U - property is evaluated in Hilbert space and Lp space, where 1 〈p 〈 ∞.
