摘　　要：本文报告小儿颅内炎性肉芽肿9例,以癫痫、发作性头痛、晕眩和/或一侧肢体无力为首发及主要表现。临床无感染史,头颅CT有不规则小片状低密度病灶,有或无环状强化。本组病例联合应用抗厌氧菌及需氧菌的甲硝唑、西力欣,辅以小剂量强的松及抗癫痫药物治疗,取得良好疗效。In this paper. 9 children with intracranial inflammatory granoloma were retrospectively reported, in which epilepsia. episodic headache, dizziness and/or asthenia of the extremities tended to constitute the primary and also the important clinical features as well as no infection history could be found. Moreovet, CT imaging diagnosis showed to have irregular patch -like hypodense focuses with or without circular intensification. Patients in this group were effectively given the combined treatment with antibiotics against anaerobic and aerobic bacteria (such as metronidazole and zinasef), small -dose predmsone and antiepileptic drugs so as to obtain good prognosis.
