摘　　要：烤瓷全冠是牙齿常见修复治疗方法之一,因其美观、坚固而被广泛应用。冠戴入人体后对牙周组织的影响一直是临床医生关注的问题,造成牙周组织炎症的主要因素包括内冠材料、冠边缘位置、冠边缘密合度、冠外形等等。本研究就以上影响因素做一综述。Porcelain complete veneer crown is one of the therapy of teeth repaired. It is wide utilized because of beautiful and strong. The problem of clinician paying attention to is impact of crown to the periodontal tissue. Periodontal tissue inflammation caused by several main factors which including inner crown materials, position of margin of crowns, margin fitness of crowns, crown shape and so on. This paper provides a brief review of above influencing factors.
