摘  要:目的观察不同剂量镧暴露对仔鼠海马细胞凋亡率的影响,探讨其所致仔代发育期中枢神经系统毒作用的机制。方法从母鼠妊娠起至仔鼠断乳通过饮水连续染镧2 d,跳台实验检测仔鼠学习记忆能力,流式细胞仪法测定海马细胞凋亡率。结果随着Lacl3剂量的增加,跳台实验的潜伏期与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.05),而错误次数与对照组比较显著增加(P<0.05);海马细胞凋亡率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且有剂量-反应关系。结论Lacl3可以引起发育期大鼠学习记忆能力下降,海马细胞凋亡增加。Objective To explore the effect of lanthanum on apoptosis level in hippocampus cell of baby-rats through exposure during pregnancy and lactation in order to clarify the mechanism by which lanthanum impaired CNS developing. Method The female rats were administrated with lanthanum from pregnancy to the end of lactation. Platform experiment was used to detect the activities of neural behavior including learning and memory. FAC method was adopted to measure the apoptosis level in hippocampus cell of babyrats. Results The incubation of rats shortened while mistake times increased significantly associated with the dose of lanthanum( P 〈 0.05). The apoptosis level of hippocampus cells increased significantly according to the dose of lanthanum( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Lanthanum could do harm to the activities of learning and memory and promote the level of apoptosis in hippocampus cells.
