目安眼膏兔眼刺激性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨目安眼膏安全用药剂量组方范围。方法将20只健康成年家兔随机分5组,分别用目安眼膏1、2、3(以蜂蜜3种不同剂量加阿昔洛韦及卡波姆凝胶基质)、阿昔洛韦眼膏和卡波姆凝胶基质涂双眼,每天3次,共用药4 d,观察用药时及停药3 d内各组眼刺激评分及分级。结果用药后4 d,与阿昔洛韦眼膏相比,目安眼膏1、目安眼膏2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),目安眼膏3差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与卡波姆凝胶基质比较,目安眼膏1差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),目安眼膏2、目安眼膏3和阿昔洛韦眼膏差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。停药后3 d,目安眼膏1、目安眼膏2和ACV眼膏、卡波姆凝胶基质4组刺激性均消失,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);目安眼膏3差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目安眼膏1、2眼剌激性符合眼科安全用药范围,为临床应用提供了科学的依据。Objective To observe the irritability of Muan ointments on eyes in rabbits and research the best formula of the ointments, nehtods The 20 rabbits, divided randomly into 5 groups, 4 rabbits per group, were treated respectively with Muan1, Muan2, Muan3（in 3 different doses of honey mixed with acyclovir and matrix respectively）, ACV（3% Zovirax ophthalmic ointment） and matrix （placebo） respectively, three times a day in 4 days. The ocular stimulation and the stimulating degrees in all eyes were measured in the treating period and in 3 days after the treatment. Results After 4 days of administration, the differences between ACV and Mul 2 were not significant（P〉0.05） and between ACV and Muan 3 was significant（P〈0.05）; the difference between matrix and Muanl was not significant （P〉0.05）; the differences between AVC and Muan Muan2 and 3 were significant （P〈0.01）. The ocular stimulation in Muan 1, Muan 2, ACV and matrix groups were disappeared after 3 days of discontinuation, and the differences between them were not significant （P〉0.05）, but the difference between Muan3 and matrix and matrix was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Muan ointment 1 and 2 are safety, which can surport the development of new medicine.
