摘　　要：本文就局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的外科治疗现状作一综述,主要包括扩大胸壁、膈肌及上腔静脉的切除,心包内扩大切除及扩大左心房切除,联合胸主动脉、食管的扩大切除,系统性淋巴结清扫,保留肺功能的手术及体外循环在肺癌手术中的应用等。This article reviewed the present status of surgical treatment and technology of locally advanced lung cancer, including lobectomy or pneumonectomy combined with extended resection and reconstruction of the heart, great vessels, chest wall, diaphragm and oesophagus. The systematic nodal dissection, the operation with reservation of the pulmonary function and the application of the technique of cardiopulmonary bypass will also be discussed.
