摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈囊肿致经血潴留的发病机制和治疗方法。方法:分析1例宫颈囊肿致经血潴留患者的临床表现,对其行宫腔镜下宫颈囊肿囊壁电凝术,并复习相关文献。结果:患者术后经血恢复畅通,行冻融胚胎移植成功并顺利分娩。结论:宫颈囊肿导致月经血潴留者罕见,其治疗应根据囊肿大小、位置而个体化制定治疗方案。Objective： To explore the pathogenesies and treatment of Naboth cyst which lead to retention of menses. Mothods： A case of Naboth cyst which lead to retention of menses was reported and hysteroscopic electric-coagulation procedure was used for the patient. Relative literature was reviewed. Results： The patient recovered normal menstruation after operation and had successful pregnancy and delivery after frozen embryo transfer. Conclusion： Naboth cyst which lead to retention of menses is rare. Individual treatment should be taken in the therapy of Naboth cyst based on it＇s size and location.
