摘  要:目的:建立根尖周炎感染根管中古细菌分布的基线信息,初步探讨古细菌与根管感染及再感染发生的相关性。方法:收集原发性根尖周炎感染根管(31例)及根管治疗失败再感染根管样本(17例),提取总RNA并逆转录为cDNA,古细菌通用引物PCR扩增,比较分析两组样本中古细菌的检出率。结果:古细菌的检出率为27.08%,其中在原发性感染根管和根管治疗失败再感染根管中的检出率分别为35.48%和11.76%,两组之间没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:古细菌稳定存在于不同类型感染根管中,提示古细菌可能参与根管感染的发生和发展。AIM : To obtain the baseline information on the distribution of Archaea in the root canal of periapical periodontitis, and to explore the relationship between the distribution of primary and secondary endodontic infections. METHODS : In this study, 48 samples of infected root canals were collected from 31 primary endodontie infected cases and 17 secondary endodontic infections respectively. After isolation of total RNA from the samples, eDNA was synthesized by reverse transcription, and determined by RT - PCR with Archaea universal PCR primers. RESULTS : Detection rates of Archaea were 27.08%. To be specific, the detection rates of primary and secondary endodontic infections were 35.48% and 11.76% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION : Arehaea can be detected in different groups of samples steady, which suggested that the Archaea may participate in the oceurrenee and development of endodontie infections.
