摘 要:目的:研究纤维桩不同表面处理方法对树脂核材料与纤维桩黏结性能的影响。方法:纤维桩表面用6种方法处理(Contax、Clearfil SE Bond、Single Bond2、Prime&Bond NT、Silane、Silane+Contax)后,用2种树脂类核材料分别制作桩核试件,万能力学试验机上测试桩核黏结力。结果:表面处理方法对纤维桩核的黏结力有显著影响(P<0.05),Silane+Contax组黏结力均值最大(589.50±68.85)N,与除了Silane组以外的所有组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。电镜结果显示,双固化树脂核材料Multicore Heavy Body与Silane+Contax处理后纤维桩表面结合紧密,结合界面未见裂纹;对照组双固化树脂核材料Multicore Heavy Body与未做表面处理的纤维桩表面结合较差,结合界面有裂隙存在。结论:表面处理方法对纤维桩树脂核黏结力有显著影响,硅烷偶联剂可显著提高纤维桩树脂核黏结力。AIM: To verify the influence of different surface treatments of the post - surface on adhesive strength values between fiber posts and composite core materials. METHODS : Six experimental post groups were dealed with six different surface treatments ( Contax,Clearfil SE Bond,Single Bond 2,Prime&Bond NT,Silane,Silane + Contax). In the control group, no surface treatment was applied on the posts. Resin core material (Muhicore Heavy Body and LuxaCore) were placed around the fibre posts. The adhesive strength of the samples were tested on the universal electrical testing machine. RESULTS: The surface treatment showed significant influence of adhesive strength ( P 〈 0.05 ). Silane + Contax showed the highest bond strength (589.50 ± 68.85 ), though it was not statistically significantly different from all groups, except from the Silane. CONCLUSION:The surface treatment was significant factor for adhesive strength . Silanization was confirmed to be a reliable method for improving the adhesive strength of resin core to fiber posts.
