摘　　要：IFN-λ，即Ⅲ型IFN，是一类新发现的细胞因子，由IFN-λ1（IL-29）、IFN-λ（IL-28A）和IFN-λ3（IL-28B）三个亚型组成。IFN-λ具有不同于Ⅰ型IFN的基因、结构及特异性受体，但具有与Ⅰ型IFN相类似的抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节效应。此文就IFN—λ的表达、信号转导通路及生物学效应等研究现状作了综述。IFN-λ, also known as type Ⅲ IFN, is a group of novel cytokines, including three subtypes, IFN-λ1（IL-29）, IFN-X2（IL-28A） and IFN-λ3（IL-28B）. IFN-λ, compared with type Ⅰ IFN, has distinct structure, gene and special receptor. However, IFN-λ exhibits several similar features with type Ⅰ IFN, such as antiviral activity, antitumour activity and immuno-modulatory activity. This review is mainly about the current knowledge of the IFN-λ＇s expression, signalling and function.
