摘  要:目的探讨在地震灾害医疗救援中护理人力资源的合理配置。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对北京部队系统3所三级甲等医院130名参加了抗震救灾医疗队的医护人员进行调查,并从不同层面进行比较。结果医护人员认为护理人员的配置比例应占医疗队总人数的30%,应具有5年以上工作经验和大专以上学历,应参与各种医疗救治工作,并具有优秀的心理素质、积极的工作态度及全面的能力。结论合理的护理人力资源配置是保证医疗队高效工作的重要前提,按照需求特点合理部署护理人力资源具有积极的意义。Objective To find out the reasonable allocation of nursing human resource in earthquake succors. Methods 130 people from three Class 3 First level hospitals in beijing military region who attended the medical succor of earthquake disaster were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire, then were compared from different levels. Results The medical staffs thought that the collocation proportion of nursing staffs should aecout for 30% in the total number of medical team. The nursing staffs should have more than 5 years of working experence and technical secondary school or higher degree. In addition, they should participate in various medical succors work, have excellent psychological quality, active work attitude and whole ability. Conclusions The reasonable allocation of nursing human resource is the important precondition for all medical teams to effectively work. It has active meaning to reasonably allocate nursing human resource according to the requirement.
