摘　　要：随着高中事业规模的迅速扩大,普通高中已从精英教育转向大众化教育。目前我国普通高中在面对根本性质转变时亟需解决三个问题,即高中的性质是基础教育加分流准备教育,高中段的教育平等主要表现为尊重差异和多样化,高中学生方向指导缺失将严重影响高中的转型和发展。High schools in China have been transformed from institutions of elite education to mass education with the rapid development of schools. Three Problems are Crucial to the transformation of high schools.High schools in our country provide basic education as well as preparation for distributaries in education, and the equality of education in high schools means respect for disparity and diversity, so the lack of orientation guidance for students will become a tough obstacle to the transformation and development of high schools.
