光电催化中Pt/C阴极催化剂的制备与表征

摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了阴极Pt/C催化剂,用XRD和TEM对催化剂中铂晶粒大小及分布进行了表征,并考察了载体的预处理、pH值、还原剂和稳定剂的用量对Pt/C催化剂活性的影响,又考察了不同载铂量的催化剂对苯酚降解效果的影响。结果表明:以未处理的导电碳黑作载体,较适宜的制备条件为70℃、0.3g稳定剂9、mL甲醛和中性介质,铂质量分数为1.0%的Pt/C催化剂的催化活性最好,平均粒径约5.0 nm且分布均匀。Pt/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and used as cathode catalyst for photoelectrocatalytic degradation of phenol. The size and distribution of Pt metal particles in the Pt/C catalysts were characterized by XRD and TEM. In order to clarify the effects of different preparative conditions of catalysts (pretreatment of support, pH value, reducing agent and quantity of dispersant ) on the catalytic activity of Pt/C catalyst for the degradation of phenol and to clarify the effects of Pt loading on the degradation of phenol, a series of experiments were conducted. The results show that w(Pt) was 1.0%/C catalyst provided the favorite catalytic activity during the degradation of phenol, which was prepared under the conditions of 70℃, 9mL formaldehyde and pH= 7, giving the Pt metal particles (5.0 nm in size)in the Pt/C catalyst homogeneously dispersed.
