胃乐胶囊治疗消化性溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价胃乐胶囊对消化性溃疡的治疗作用。方法消化性溃疡２７０例随机分为三组：胃乐胶囊治疗组、对照组服雷尼替丁、胃乐胶囊和雷尼替丁混合治疗组。三组治疗前后检查血、尿常规、肝肾功能，８ｗｋ胃镜及（或）消化道Ｘ线检查后进行疗效统计。结果治疗效果胃乐胶囊组及雷尼替丁组经统计学处理无明显差异，但雷尼替丁组毒副作用明显。胃乐胶囊＋雷尼替丁组则疗效显著，且毒副作用也明显消失。结论临床观察证明胃乐是一种高效、无毒副作用的新药，可用于治疗消化性溃疡。Objective To reseach the therapeutic action of Weile Jiaonang(WIJN,胃乐胶囊) for peptic ulcer.Methods Two hundred and seventy patients with peptic ulcer were diveided into three groups,treatment group by WIJN,control group taking Ranitidine and combined group with WLJN and Ranitidine.The therapeutic effects compared in three groups,including the liver and renal function,fiber-gastroscopy and X-ray examination of digestive tract after and before the treatment.Results There was little difference between treatment group and control group in therapeutic effects,but effect of Ranitidine combined with WLJN group was more obvious than that of WLJN group.The toxic and sid effect of combined group was the most satisfactory and with no side effects.Conclusion The Weile Jiaonang is an effective and harmless drug,which can be used in treatment of peptic ulcer.
