摘 要:针对椭球面零件的加工难题,采用弯曲成形法来研磨椭球面零件是一种新方法。根据材料在弯矩作用下会发生弹性变形的特性,利用力学和高等数学知识建立了磨具弯曲成形的数学模型,推导出磨具的宽度函数表达式,使磨具弯曲成形后的母线与所要加工工件的廓形母线一致。根据算例设计出了满足要求的磨具系统。磨具的弯曲实验结果表明,面形最大误差为0.1418μm,面形精度能够满足大多数零件的精度要求。To resolve the difficulty of lapping ellipsoidal surface,a new method of lapping it using the bend forming lapping tool was proposed.Based on the elasticity distortion characteristic of some material under the action of a bending moment,a mathematical model of bend forming of lapping tool was established using the mechanics and the higher mathematics knowledge.The expression of width function of lapping tool was deduced,to make the generatrix of lapping tool after bend forming consist with that of the workpiece profile.A lapping tool system was designed according to the calculating example,and its bending experiment was performed.The experimented results show that the maximum error of surface shape is 0.141 8 μm which can satisfy the precision requirement of the most workpieces.
