空心莲子草的化学成分研究

摘　　要：用硅胶柱层析和凝胶柱层析对药用植物空心莲子草Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.)Griseb全草的石油醚提取物进行分离纯化,从中分离得到7个化合物,通过波谱学数据和已知化合物数据作比较,分别鉴定为2-羟基-3-甲基-蒽醌(2-hydroxy-3-methyl-anthraquinone,1),2-羟基-1-甲氧基-蒽醌(2-hydroxy-1-methoxyl-anthraqui-none,2),二十四烷酸α-单甘油酯(tetracosanoicacid2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester,3),二十六烷酸α-单甘油酯(hexa-cosanoicacid2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester,4),十八烷酸α-单甘油酯(monostearin,5),△5,22-豆甾烯醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6′-棕榈酸酯(△5,22-stigmast-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6′-hexadecanoate,6),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,7)。化合物1和2为首次从该植物中分离得到,3～6均首次从该属植物中分离得到。The petroleum ether extract of the medicinal plants Alternanthera philoxeroides was separated by repeated gel and silica gel column chromatography to afford seven compounds. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data, they were identified as 2-hydroxy-3-methyl-anthraquinone （ 1 ）, 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyl-anthraquinone （2）, tetracosanoic acid 2,3 -dihydroxypropyl ester （ 3 ）, hexacosanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester （ 4）, monostearin （ 5 ） , △^5,22-stigmast-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6＇-hexadecanoate （ 6 ）, stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ 7 ）. Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from Alternanthera philoxeroides for the first time. Compounds 3-6 were isolated from Ahernanthera genus for the first time.
