摘　　要：从技术与知识的关系出发,分析了技术创新过程中的知识管理需求,提出了基于知识管理的技术创新机制模型和在知识管理平台下技术创新机制的运作模式。Starting from the relationship between technology and knowledge, this paper analyzes the need of knowledge management in the process of enterprise＇ s technological innovation, and puts forward the model of technological innovation mechanism based on knowledge management and the working model of technological innovation mechanism under the platform of knowledge management.
