摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆员的现状,阐述了对现代高校图书馆员的素质要求,提出了加强高校图书馆员素质培养的途径和方法。This paper analyzes the present situation of university librarians, expounds the requirements for the modern university librarians, and puts forward some paths and methods for strengthening the cultivation of the quality of modern university librarians.
