国内高校图书馆为大学生就业服务的分析与研究

摘　　要：大学生就业是人力资源配置中很重要的一环,而高校图书馆作为高校的信息资源中心,供需就业信息传播的主渠道,对指导学生就业具有不可推卸的责任。以国内部分具有代表性的高校图书馆为例,对其就业服务的开展情况、具体措施、存在问题、服务内容等进行了分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。A very important aspect of the human resource allocation is the employment of university students. Being as the information resources centre of the university, the university library, which is the main channel of disseminating the employment information, bears a heavy responsibility for the guidance of employment. Taking some representative domestic university libraries as the examples, this paper makes analysis on the developing situation, concrete measures, existing problems, and contents, etc. of the employment service of these university libraries, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
