摘　　要：综述了肿瘤患者沟通的影响因素,提出对肿瘤患者及其家属进行心理干预,重视护患沟通,提高沟通技巧,增加护理人力资源以及多元文化沟通等促进护患交流的对策,以提高临床护士与肿瘤患者的沟通技巧。This paper analyzed the influence factors of communication between nurses and patients with cancer,proposed some strategies to improve the effect of nurse - patient communication in cancer care, such as providing psychological intervention for the cancer patients and relatives, strengthening nurses＇ communication skills,modifying nurse staffing and paying close attention to multi - cultural communication.
